At GlitterFlops®, every pair is custom-made to order with care. Please review the details below regarding our production and shipping process.
Order Processing Time
Each pair of GlitterFlops is handcrafted specifically for you. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships.
Shipping Method
We use USPS Standard Shipping for most domestic orders. Once shipped, deliveries typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and USPS delivery times.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We strive to offer fair and transparent rates.
International Shipping
We do offer international shipping! Orders outside the United States will be shipped using the best available carrier option at the time of order, based on destination, cost, and reliability. Please note that shipping times and rates will vary by country. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your shipment via the carrier’s website.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
While we rely on trusted carriers, we are not responsible for delays once your order leaves our facility. If your package is delayed more than 10 business days after the ship date, please contact us at info@glitterflops.com, and we’ll help you file a claim or resolve the issue.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. GlitterFlops is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
