Refund policy

Exchange Policy

We offer a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, without damage, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at info@glitterflops.com. Once your exchange is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse after delivery are not eligible for exchange.


Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain items cannot be exchanged, including:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom orders

  • Items not in their original condition or packaging

No Refund Policy

Please note that GlitterFlops does not offer refunds. We are happy to assist with exchanges within the 30-day window, subject to the conditions outlined above.


European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. However, as GlitterFlops does not issue refunds, you may exchange your item provided it meets our eligibility requirements: unworn, undamaged, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


The Warranty

Have an accident? Lose a crystal? Ship BOTH GlitterFlops and copy of receipt to GlitterFlops to PO Box 265 Whitesboro, Texas 76273. Free warranty work for the first  6 months in effect 6 months from purchase date.  After 6 months, there is a $15 fee per pair of GlitterFlops. Please ship your product to PO Box 265 Whitesboro, Texas 76273 with a check for $15 per pair included in warranty claim made out to Thomas & King.  For any questions or concerns, email info@glitterflops.com or call 903 819-3770.
